You might want to arrive 1 day or more early in Nîmes, a town of great character that is delightfully left untouched from mass tourism, and has lots of Roman times treasures as well as 17th and 18th century architecture, plus unique shops and restaurants to start this tour in ecstasy.

Our hotel in Nîmes is by far the best hotel of the town, a 5 star one and true institution, with all the amenities you may want. It is beautifully located basically across from the gorgeous Jardins de la Fontaine, and a short stroll from Nîmes absolute downtown, Roman Amphitheater etc.

All meals will feature the wines that I import and that we will visit. This is the hardest thing I do, logistically, finding the best restaurants that fit the bill, and from a negotiation standpoint.

Tour Supplement for Single: $175
Location of the rooms in the Maison des Amis (House of Friends).
This room is reserved for a single, and is located at the "House of Friends," the building at the eastern entrance of the village, which also hosts some of the Millésimée rooms below. The building is where the two swimming pools are, is close to the brewery, and where the vans will be parked. This is the room included in the single accommodation supplement.

Please note that this itinerary entails a fair amount of walking. We will take buses, subway or boat depending on where we are going, mostly when people are tired or if we need to speed up of for long distances. Like the first part of the tour, this itinerary may evolve in function of the dynamic of the group, the weather and opportunities. You may at all time uber yourself back to the hotel should you want to.
The prices for the Paris Itinerary are all inclusive (meals, drinks, bus, entrance fees etc).

This Hotel is located rue Jacob, so between the Blvd Saint Germain and the Seine River, a rather central location in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés, close to Le Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, and not far from Notre Dame for instance.
This hotel has around 44 rooms, which is an ideal and not so common size in the ultra center of Paris. I like the middle size as it offers a very good personal care, as well as excellent security, yet I can take 10 rooms and they still have more than 30 left for all the other customers. This hotel is also very well managed and no detail or issue is ignored.
I have developed a very tight connection with the management, which offers me a few perks, and altogether I feel that it would be very challenging to find a better value in Paris very center.
The hotel will provide you with water flat or carbonated produced environmentally. A mini fridge is in every bedroom as well as a hair dryer.
PRESTIGE ROOM:
Prestige rooms that are spacious (from 25 to 30m2) and designed in a more modern style. The district’s finest creatives, including Julie Prisca (furniture), Nobilis (wallpaper) and Manuel Canovas (curtains), helped to make these rooms particularly elegant. The bathrooms, which each have a window overlooking the courtyard, are also large and luxurious. You will particularly appreciate the comfort and convenience of a separate bath and shower arrangement.
Street side rooms have double windows, and are quiet.
