I have reserved an AirBnB for you in Saint Malo. It is included in your price for an arrival as early as August 29. But you may of course arrive later if you'd like.
The apartment is located in the "Intra Muros" part of the town, and is over a lively square with the best eating food shops just below.
I will be preparing the tour in Saint Malo from August 26.

There are no room options at this lovely improbably hotel, a large manor with a fair amount of rooms, all different, as well as a sizable indoor heated pool.

Our main hotel.
The quintessential Southern Finistère port.
We are staying 5 nights in this strategic location, between Brittani's Cornwall and the Bigouden country.
You can see on the right the main hotel (I also have reservations at their second hotel on the port). on the view of the port, you can see the main hotel nested inside the block of trees in the background, the second hotel is the white building on the port.
Hotel #1 is probably the best hotel in the whole region. High style, great comfort and service.
Hotel #2 is more lively, on the port, above the restaurant where we'll go eat sometimes, great view on the port, and nice rooms.

We are staying 3 nights in this gorgeous location, in my mind the most beautiful beach in whole of Brittany.
You will enjoy a room with view on the sea, and there will be long walks on the beach.

Please note that this itinerary entails a fair amount of walking. We will take buses, subway or boat depending on where we are going, mostly when people are tired or if we need to speed up of for long distances. Like the first part of the tour, this itinerary may evolve in function of the dynamic of the group, the weather and opportunities. You may at all time uber yourself back to the hotel should you want to.
The prices for the Paris Itinerary are all inclusive (meals, drinks, bus, entrance fees etc).

This Hotel is located rue Jacob, so between the Blvd Saint Germain and the Seine River, a rather central location in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés, close to Le Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, and not far from Notre Dame for instance.
This hotel has around 44 rooms, which is an ideal and not so common size in the ultra center of Paris. I like the middle size as it offers a very good personal care, as well as excellent security, yet I can take 10 rooms and they still have more than 30 left for all the other customers. This hotel is also very well managed and no detail or issue is ignored.
I have developed a very tight connection with the management, which offers me a few perks, and altogether I feel that it would be very challenging to find a better value in Paris very center.
The hotel will provide you with water flat or carbonated produced environmentally. A mini fridge is in every bedroom as well as a hair dryer.
Paris Hotel: Classique Single Room
Standard courtside rooms with 1 large bed (130 x 190 cm), bathroom with a stand-up shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer.
Size of the room is about 120 sq. feet (11 sq. meters).
These rooms have a floor fan, but no A/C.
These is the room category included in the single accommodation supplement of the tour.
Check with me at booking if you are taking the single accommodation and would like to upgrade to a different room category, so that I may see what is available given the high demand in Paris for our dates.

Pleasant, comfortable and well-appointed, these rooms present a typical Parisian charm, and are suitable for one or two people. Although given their low numbers, they are only available here for couples, unless enough couples upgrade to higher categories.
These rooms have a floor fan, but no A/C.

Superior rooms, offer a pleasing alternative to the Classic rooms. They are more spacious (about 15m2), have a queen size bed and air conditioning.
Tour upgrade for this type of room, (per room, not per person):
Double Occupancy: $115.
Single Occupancy: $135.
Additional night, per room, not per person, including breakfast and occupancy tax: $455.

Paris Hotel: Deluxe Room
The Hotel offers its Deluxe rooms, each designed to showcase the rich variety of styles offered by interior design à la française. Thus, each has its own unique décor featuring antique furniture. These are large and beautiful rooms (about 20m2) with a small seating area.

Tour upgrade for this type of room, (per room, not per person), Double Occupancy: $275.

The bathrooms, which each have a window overlooking the courtyard, are also large and luxurious. You will particularly appreciate the comfort and convenience of a separate bath and shower arrangement.
