It is possible to extend your stay in Paris beyond the dates of the Tour, see below, and you could also go wherever you'd like on your own and come back to Paris to fly back.
* I can book for you additional nights in the hotel where we stay in Paris for $430 in Deluxe room and $480 in Prestige room , depending on availability, in double. $300 in single in Classique room. All including continental breakfast and taxes.

* You may want to participate in my Paris Itinerary which I guide and is as follows:
Please note that this itinerary entails a fair amount of walking. We will take buses mostly when people are tired or if we need to speed up of for long distances. This itinerary may evolve in function of the dynamic of the group, the weather and opportunities.

DAY 13 Friday June 21
This itinerary is made that day so that we may have lunch in a rare gem of a small restaurant, very convivial, as Parisian as it gets. It is best to go there for lunch on a weekday. Disclosure: this restaurant is so authentic that its only toilet is a turk one. When I was growing up these were still the norm, although now they are kind of an oddity. There will be more modern bathrooms everywhere else, but you should know what to expect. Turkish toilets BTW, are supposed to be more hygienic, and other than that the restaurant meets all proper standards, in an authentic package. Their food and wine have won them the respect of most Parisians in the know.
Walk to Pont des Arts
Back to Saint Germain des Près
Saint Sulpice
Bus to restaurant
Lunch
Jardin du Luxembourg
Quartier Vavin
Montparnasse
Special Dinner at my friend's Philippe Lambert in his Montparnasse's appartment. Philippe was born in Durham, although I did not know that until I moved here, he was first a customer, then became a friend. He grew up in Montréal, and is perfectly bilingual. The dinner will be catered by a top notch south west restaurant (Basque), we will have the wines of the tour, and Philippe will treat us with some accordion, as he is a rather accomplished modern style accordion player.
